Product Introduction
This high efficiency iron ore grinding mill is an energy-saving and high-yield professional grinding equipment tailored for large and medium-sized iron ore processing plants. It adopts a new generation of optimized structural design, covering full-series specifications with single-machine hourly processing capacity ranging from 5 tons to 150 tons. It can efficiently complete the fine grinding operation of high-hardness iron ore such as magnetite and hematite, and the ground qualified pulp can be seamlessly connected to subsequent beneficiation processes, which is the core energy-saving grinding equipment to reduce the unit consumption of iron ore processing.
Working Principle
The optimized heavy-duty cylinder is driven by a high-efficiency pure copper motor and a low-loss transmission system to rotate at the optimal speed matched with iron ore properties. It drives the built-in graded special-shaped wear-resistant steel balls to rise to the set height along the new energy-saving liner and then fall in a parabolic trajectory. The iron ore raw material is continuously fed into the cylinder, and is fully crushed and ground through the synergistic effect of impact crushing and layered grinding. The ground pulp that meets the beneficiation fineness requirements is stably discharged through the large-flow discharge port, and forms an efficient closed-circuit circulation with the classifier, realizing the high-efficiency continuous grinding process.
Core Features
This product has multiple significant advantages. The new generation of energy-saving design reduces the power consumption per ton of ore by more than 20% compared with ordinary iron ore grinding mills, greatly cutting the long-term operation cost of the concentrator. The optimized grading ratio of grinding media and liner structure significantly improves the grinding efficiency, and the unit processing capacity is increased by more than 30% under the same model. The intelligent temperature control and overload protection system effectively reduces the equipment failure rate, and can adapt to 24-hour uninterrupted high-load operation. The finished pulp has uniform fineness, which can significantly improve the subsequent beneficiation index.
