Transformer Oil Dehydration Machine For Used Oil Reuse
1. Advantages of Transformer Oil Dehydration Machine: Extend transformer life by restoring transformer oil quality similar to that of new motor oil. Changing oil is much cheaper than changing new oil. Minimal downtime and therefore no loss of revenue, as oil regeneration can be performed on “on-line or live” / powered transformers. Environmental protection: Because the existing oil can be reused. Oil spills and PCB contamination are not harmful, including the hassle of disposing of used oil.

Introduction
The Transformer Oil Dehydration Machine is mainly used to improve the properties of insulation oil for 66KV to 500KV projects. It can remove trace water, gas, particulate matters, etc. from the insulating oil effectively and rapidly so as to boost the performance of transformers, circuit breakers, mutual inductors, cable and capacitors which has an insulation system. ZJA series high vacuum oil dehydration transformer oil degassing machine specialize in purifying branded oil, insulating oil of high voltage and super high voltage transformer. Additionally, it is suitable for treating low viscosity lubrication oil. Dissolved gasses in transformer oil can cause arcing, corona discharges, and overheating--reducing electrical efficiency.
Why purify transformer oil with Transformer Oil Dehydration Machine?
Dissolved gasses in transformer oil can cause arcing, corona discharges, and overheating--reducing the electrical efficiency and lifetime of the transformer. Likewise, water contamination at levels as low as 30 ppm (parts per million) can adversely affect the insulating strength of the oil. With ever-increasing standards for energy efficiency of power distribution transformers, the need to effectively degas will become even more important in the future. Particle contamination will also affect the function of insulating oil. So we need to clean the used transformer oil.
