Product Description:
ZLA series transformer oil purification machine is manufactured as per standards which go beyond Chinese legal mandates, the super big absorptive two-stage vacuum purifies all insulation oil of power equipment rapidly and in more depth which removes water, gas and impurity in the oil rapidly and effectively with the support of high vacuum and absorption speed. Thus the strength of insulation oil is much increased and the time for oil treatment is shortened.
Features of Transformer Oil Purification Machine:
1. Manufactured as per standards that go beyond the legal mandates, a primary breakdown voltage can raise 35KV and reduces the harm to the oil caused by normal purifiers due to repeated heating.
2. Big absorption speed double vacuum satisfies the needs of vacuum zing of transformer on an installation or repair site, and the water/gas removal of transformer oil can be completed at the same time, which shortens significantly the time for oil treatment.
3. A unique gas/water removal system adopting stereo-evaporation technology, which rapidly separates the water and gas content in the oil and the system, is free of maintenance.
4. A superior purification system with top quality filter core, which can accommodate a large quantity of dirt and is dandified progressively step by step. The filter core has got a high precision and multi-stage filtration.
5. Imported parts are used for the all-electric system, which ensures the operation of the equipment with high performance.
6. An advanced infrared liquid level control system with automatic control, allowing separated operation of manual operators from a machine.
7. Purifiers are equipped with an interlocked safety protective device. I.E, backflow of A oil outlet overpressure can be achieved via an overflow valve, B oil inlet will interlock with heating system which avoids any possible negative impacts caused by mal-operation
8. Precision oil pumps for designated purposes are used, which have low noise and environmental regulatory compliance is well met.
