Product Introduction
This ball mill for gold CIL plant grinding system is a professional precision grinding equipment tailored for the Gold Carbon-in-Leach process. It adopts a targeted structural design that perfectly matches the CIL process requirements, covering full-series specifications from small modular units to large-scale continuous grinding systems. It can stably grind gold ore to the optimal fineness range suitable for carbon leaching, and the discharged qualified pulp can be directly sent to the subsequent leaching adsorption tank, which is the core front-end grinding equipment to ensure the gold leaching recovery rate of the CIL plant.
Working Principle
The heavy-duty cylinder of the ball mill rotates at a precisely controlled constant speed, driving the built-in graded wear-resistant steel balls to rise to the set height along the special curved liner and then fall in a parabolic trajectory. The gold ore is continuously fed into the cylinder, and is fully crushed and ground by the impact force of the falling steel balls and the continuous grinding effect between the media and ore particles. The ground pulp with uniform particle size that meets the CIL leaching requirement is stably discharged through the optimized discharge port, and the whole grinding process runs continuously and efficiently.
Core Features
This product has multiple targeted advantages for gold CIL plant grinding systems. The optimized grinding parameters can stably control the pulp fineness within the range of 200-325 meshes, which maximizes the contact area between gold particles and cyanide solution and activated carbon, effectively improving the CIL gold leaching rate. The special anti-impurity pollution design avoids the introduction of excess iron ions that affect the leaching and adsorption effect. The 24-hour continuous high-load operation design perfectly matches the uninterrupted production rhythm of large CIL plants. It can be seamlessly connected with the classification equipment before entering the leaching tank, making the whole CIL grinding system run more smoothly and efficiently.
