Product Introduction
This gold mining ball mill for CIP plant is a professional high-precision grinding equipment tailored for gold CIP (Carbon-in-Pulp) cyanidation process. It adopts the structural design specially optimized for CIP process requirements, covering full-series specifications from small test units to large industrial continuous grinding systems. It can stably grind gold ore to the fineness range most suitable for cyanide leaching, and the discharged qualified pulp can be directly sent to the subsequent leaching tank, which is the core front-end grinding equipment to ensure the gold leaching rate of the CIP plant.
Working Principle
The cylinder of the ball mill rotates at a precisely controlled medium speed, driving the built-in high-quality wear-resistant steel balls to rise along the special liner to a set height and then fall in a parabolic trajectory. The gold ore is continuously fed into the cylinder, and is fully crushed and ground by the impact force of the falling steel balls and the continuous grinding effect between the media and the ore particles. The ground pulp that meets the leaching fineness requirement is stably discharged through the discharge port, and the particle size distribution is uniform, which fully meets the feed demand of the subsequent CIP leaching process.
Core Features
This product has multiple targeted advantages for gold CIP plants. The optimized grinding parameters can stably control the pulp fineness between 200 meshes and 325 meshes, which maximizes the gold leaching rate of the CIP process and avoids the leaching efficiency reduction caused by over-grinding or under-grinding. The special anti-pollution design prevents the iron impurities from wearing into the pulp from affecting the subsequent cyanidation reaction. The heavy-duty structure can adapt to 24-hour continuous high-load operation, perfectly matching the continuous production rhythm of the CIP plant. It can be seamlessly connected with the classification equipment before entering the leaching tank, making the whole CIP process more smooth and efficient.
