Product Overview
The M22759 series wire offers a wide operating temperature range of -55℃ to +260℃, providing reliable performance in the most extreme aviation and aerospace environments. With a rated voltage of 600V / 1000V, it is suitable for systems with high current overload or mechanical pressure, and is ideal for space-constrained, weight-sensitive instruments and electronic equipment. Its PTFE insulation is highly resistant to thermal shock from welding processes, making it an excellent choice for areas like aircraft engine compartments.

Product Features
1. High Breakdown Voltage: PTFE insulation has a volume resistivity of up to 10¹⁸ Ω·cm, low dielectric loss, and excellent resistance to high-voltage arcing.
2. Wide Temperature Tolerance: PTFE performs reliably from -190℃ to +260℃ (with short-term exposure up to 300℃), and is fire-resistant, self-extinguishing when removed from the flame.
3. Superior Chemical Resistance: PTFE is inert to almost all chemicals, including acids, alkalis, and solvents, and remains stable even in humid or saline environments.
4. Excellent Weatherability: Non-hygroscopic, non-flammable, and highly resistant to oxygen and UV radiation, ensuring long-term durability in outdoor and harsh conditions.
