What does the 1-year warranty cover?

Is installation guidance included? How does it work?
Yes, we provide detailed installation guidance. Our engineers can assist via video call or on-site (depending on agreement). We also supply a comprehensive installation manual and drawings to ensure proper setup.

What kind of testing is performed before shipment?
Each evaporator undergoes a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) including hydrostatic pressure test, performance test with water or representative product, and control system functionality check. A test report is provided.

Can this evaporator handle high-viscosity or fouling liquids?
The plate design is less prone to fouling compared to tubular designs. For high-viscosity fluids, we may recommend modifications such as increased plate gap or circulation pumps. Please provide your product details for a custom evaluation.

What materials are used for the plates and frame?
Standard material is SS304. For corrosive environments or food/pharma applications, SS316L or other alloys are available upon request. Gaskets can be EPDM, Viton, or PTFE.

How much steam and cooling water does it consume?
Steam consumption is approximately 0.35-0.4 kg per kg of evaporated water (depending on temperature and product). Cooling water requirement is roughly 20-30 m³ per ton of evaporation for a standard condenser. These figures can be optimized with customization.
