C276 Introduction
Super alloys or high performance alloys are available in a variety of shapes and contain elements in different combinations to obtain a specific result. These alloys are of three types that include iron-based, cobalt-based and nickel-based alloys. The ickel-based and cobalt-based super alloys are available as cast or wrought based alloys according to composition and application.
Super alloys have good oxidation and creep resistance and can be strengthened by precipitation hardening, solid-solution hardening and work hardening methods. They can also function under high mechanical stress and high temperatures and also in places that require high surface stability. HASTELLOY(r) C276 is a wrought corrosion-resistant alloy that resists the development of grain boundary precipitates that degrade corrosion resistance.

C276 Nickel Alloy Round Bar Introduction
The alloy solid round bar is a solid cylindrical rod made of carbon steel, tungsten-based, nickel-based, or titanium-based materials, with added alloy elements such as chromium, molybdenum, nickel, and cobalt. It is produced through hot rolling, cold drawing, and fine grinding. It is a core raw material for mechanical manufacturing. The product categories include chromium-molybdenum structural steel, hard tungsten steel, high-temperature corrosion-resistant alloys, and titanium alloys, etc. The specifications are complete, ranging from micro-sized thin rods to thick rods with large diameters. The surface can be treated with black skin hot rolling, bright grinding, or mirror polishing. The dimensional accuracy is controllable. Compared to ordinary carbon steel, after alloy ratio and heat treatment, it has advantages such as high strength, high toughness, wear resistance, and anti-fatigue. Special alloys can also withstand high temperatures, acid-base corrosion, and seawater erosion. It has excellent quenching performance and is suitable for cutting, forging, and welding processes. Ordinary alloy round bars are mainly used for transmission shafts, high-strength bolts, gears, and structural components of construction machinery; hard alloy round bars are mainly used for tool and punch manufacturing; nickel-based and titanium alloy round bars are exclusively used for high-end equipment in aerospace, nuclear power, and chemical industries. Due to its comprehensive performance and stable material usage, it is widely applied in all industrial fields such as automobiles, oil and gas, molds, ships, and precision processing.

1. Alloy Melting: Precisely mix steel, chromium, molybdenum, nickel and other metal raw materials according to the alloy grade, remove impurities, and then melt them in an electric arc furnace or a medium-frequency furnace at high temperature to fully blend the alloy elements, forming alloy steel liquid with uniform composition. Then, through the refining process, adjust the purity, remove bubbles and inclusions, ensuring the stability of the basic performance of the raw materials.
2. Casting Block Cutting: Pour the refined steel liquid into an alloy steel block. After cooling and solidification, heat it uniformly in a heating furnace, then use a preliminary rolling machine for cutting and rolling to break the loose structure of the steel block, compact the internal pores, and preliminarily regularize the shape of the bar billet, laying the foundation for subsequent fine processing.
3. Rolling, Cold Drawing and Forming: After secondary heating of the billet, perform hot rolling to form standard-sized round bar blanks, removing the surface oxide scale. For products with high precision requirements, conduct cold drawing processing. Through mold extrusion to calibrate the size, improve the roundness and straightness of the round bar, and make the surface smoother and more flat.
4. Heat Treatment and Quenching: The formed round bar undergoes quenching, tempering treatment, precisely controlling the temperature and duration to eliminate internal processing stress, significantly enhancing the strength, toughness and wear resistance of the round bar, avoiding deformation and cracking in the later use, and meeting the requirements of various working conditions.
5. Finishing Inspection and Storage: Finally, through fine grinding, polishing to remove surface defects, cut to the customized length, and then test the size accuracy, hardness, metallographic structure and other indicators one by one. Eliminate products， and after meeting the standards, pack and store.
