1.2 Product Definition
Using hot rolled pickled steel coil as raw material, the product is cold rolled to reduce thickness at room temperature (below recrystallization temperature) through multi-stand continuous rolling lines, then annealed in batch/continuous annealing furnaces to eliminate processing stress and finished by skin pass leveling. It features no hot rolling oxide scale, high dimensional accuracy, smooth surface and superior stamping formability, serving as the core substrate for home appliances, automobiles, hardware and coating industries.

2. Production Process Flow
Hot rolled coil → Pickling & oxide scale removal → Continuous cold rolling at ambient temperature → Annealing (bright annealing under hydrogen atmosphere) → Skin pass leveling → Edge trimming / slitting → Anti-rust oil coating on surface → Inspection of appearance, dimension and mechanical properties → Packaging & warehousing → Shipment by sea

5.1 Surface Quality Classification (Chinese GB Standard)
FB (O3) Ordinary Surface: Minor fine scratches and pits allowed, suitable for general painting and internal structural parts
FC (O4) High-Grade Surface: Extremely few tiny defects, for home appliance exterior housings and regular coated parts
FD (O5) Super Precision Surface: No visible defects to naked eyes, for automotive outer panels, electroplating and high-end decorative parts

Anti-rust Oil Coating (Standard Supply)Double-sided evenly coated hard film anti-rust oil with coating weight 2~3g/㎡ per side, providing moisture and rust resistance for ocean transportation; oil can be easily degreased before processing

Packaging layers from inside to outside:
Inner layer: Moisture-proof rust-proof kraft paper + PE waterproof plastic film wrapping the whole coil
Edge protection: Steel corner guards to prevent coil edge collision damage during lifting
Outer fastening: Multiple high-tensile steel bands fixed circumferentially and radially
Optional premium package for automotive sheets: Vacuum moisture-proof wrapping and thick foam buffer layers
8.2 Coil Label Marking
Dual labels attached both inside and outside with information as below:Product name, CRC, material grade, thickness × width, coil weight, furnace number, batch number, applicable standard, surface grade, production date and manufacturer information
9. Quality Inspection & Warranty System
Full inspection before delivery: Dimensional tolerance, surface appearance, tensile mechanical test, hardness, surface roughness and oil coating weight
Supporting certificates: ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949 automotive industry certification, Mill Test Certificate (MTC) delivered with goods
Warranty Terms: No rust generated within 6 months of normal sea transportation and warehousing under intact waterproof packaging without mechanical scratches; rust caused by artificial collision or outdoor rain exposure is excluded from warranty coverage
10. Storage, Processing & Operation Precautions
Warehouse Environment: Store in dry and ventilated warehouse with elevated supports, avoid direct contact with rain, seawater and mist; bare non-oiled sheets must be processed within 7 days
Degreasing before Processing: Alkaline degreaser must be applied to remove surface anti-rust oil before painting or electroplating, otherwise coating peeling and pinhole defects will occur
Forming Processing: Select DC04/DC05 grades for deep drawing; minimum inner bending radius shall not be less than 0.5 times sheet thickness to prevent cracks
Weldability: Suitable for spot welding, MIG welding and TIG welding; low carbon material avoids brittle hard cracks after welding
Compatibility for Post-Treatment: Directly applicable for spray coating, powder coating, electro-galvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing and phosphating passivation
