1. Sensing working principle

Two air pressures are introduced into dual air nozzles to create a pressure difference, which squeezes the internal silicon diaphragm, causing it to deform. The piezoresistive Wheatstone bridge outputs a weak analog signal, and the on-chip 24-bit high-precision ADC completes the analog-to-digital conversion. By calling the factory-fixed calibration coefficients, automatic nonlinear correction and temperature compensation are performed, and the 24-bit digital pressure value + temperature value are synchronously output through the I2C/SPI bus. The microcontroller can directly convert the pressure difference by reading the data, eliminating the need for external operational amplifiers and peripheral conditioning circuits.
