The DLVR series of miniature digital output pressure sensors are based on COBEM2 TM technology for all sensors. This reduces the stress sensitivity of the packaging, thereby improving the overall long-term stability. Compared with single-chip devices, this technology greatly improves position sensitivity. The power supply voltage option facilitates the integration of sensors into a wide range of process control and measurement systems, allowing direct connection to serial communication channels. For battery powered systems, sensors can enter a very low power mode between readings to minimize the load on the power source. These calibrated and compensated sensors provide stable output over a wide temperature range. This series is suitable for non corrosive, non-ionic working fluids such as air, dry gas, etc. Protective polyethylene terephthalate coating can be chosen to protect against damp/harsh media.
