The MS45xx series is a small ceramic substrate pressure sensor that uses MEAS * * *'s ultra stable technology (MS4525/MS4525DO) and a new CMOS sensor adjustment circuit. This series includes two output modes: analog voltage (MS4515/MS4525) and digital (MS4515DO/MS4525DO). The digital output uses IIC or SPI interface, with a resolution of 14 bits for pressure measurement and 11 bits for temperature measurement. The sensor has been calibrated and temperature compensated, and the total error within the compensation range is less than 1.0%. The MS45xx series uses 3.3 or 5.0Vdc single ended power supply and requires an external component. Optional side or front pressure, multiple mounting methods, pressure ranges up to 30 inches of water column (MS4515/MS4515DO) and 150psi (MS4525/MS4525DO) respectively. The 1/8 "inverted hook pressure pipe is tightly matched with the connecting pipe with an inner diameter of 3/32".
