I. Product Introduction
This is a heavy-duty washing and beneficiation equipment designed specifically for high-load industrial scenarios. Its core configuration consists of two long shafts with wear-resistant blades. The material is washed within a U-shaped tank. Constructed entirely of thickened wear-resistant steel, it can continuously process high-muddy, high-viscosity ores and aggregates for extended periods. It is a core cleaning device for large and medium-sized aggregate production lines and mining beneficiation lines.
II. Working Principle
The two bladed shafts rotate at low speed in opposite directions within the tank, causing the material to continuously tumble, squeeze, and rub against each other. This powerful scrubbing action effectively removes and decomposes stubborn clay and sludge adhering to the surface of the ore and aggregates. Some models are equipped with a high-pressure spray system, which can perform a secondary rinsing during the material discharge stage, further improving the cleanliness of the finished product.

Extremely strong decomposition capability for highly viscous clay, efficiently processing feed materials with high clay content, achieving excellent washing results.
The entire machine adopts a heavy-duty reinforced structure, equipped with wear-resistant blades and heavy-duty bearings, enabling long-term continuous high-load operation and a long service life.
The material residence time can be flexibly controlled by adjusting the blade angle and extending the washing tank length, adapting to materials with varying cleaning difficulties.
The equipment has a large internal clearance structure, significantly reducing wear and tear on the tank and vulnerable parts, resulting in lower long-term maintenance costs.
IV. Main Applications
It is widely used in bauxite desliming, river pebble/crushed ore washing, construction aggregate processing, and non-metallic mineral purification. It can also be used for construction waste recycling and washing of highly viscous industrial raw materials, making it a core washing and beneficiation equipment in sand and gravel plants and mineral processing plants.
