2BEA Series Liquid Ring Vacuum Pumps & Compressors
The 2BEA series liquid ring vacuum pumps and compressors are generally used to extract gas free of solid particles, water-insoluble and non-corrosive, to create vacuum or pressure inside sealed vessels. By modifying structural materials, they can also handle corrosive gas suction or adopt corrosive liquids as working fluids. They are widely applied in papermaking, chemical industry, petrochemicals, light industry, pharmaceuticals, food processing, metallurgy, building materials, electrical engineering, coal washing, mineral processing, chemical fertilizer and other industries.
This series adopts a single-stage single-acting structure, featuring simple construction, easy maintenance, reliable operation, high efficiency and energy saving. It can withstand harsh working conditions such as large water discharge capacity and fluctuating load shocks.
Technical Features of 2BEA Series
Welded impellers are adopted, with integrally stamped and formed blades featuring optimized profile lines. The fully machined hubs fundamentally eliminate dynamic balance issues. The impeller and pump shaft are assembled via thermal interference fit, delivering stable performance and smooth operation.
After welding, the entire impeller undergoes complete heat treatment, granting blades excellent toughness. This greatly improves the blades’ resistance to impact and bending, enabling stable performance under severe working conditions with fluctuating load shocks.
The 2BEA series comes with an integrated air-water separator and exhaust ports arranged at multiple positions. An inspection window for the exhaust valve is provided on the pump cover. The clearance between the impeller and distribution plate can be adjusted through gland covers at both ends of the positioning bearing, facilitating convenient installation, operation and maintenance.
All vacuum pumps manufactured by our company undergo strict inspection and testing at the testing center, boasting superior performance, reliable quality and long service life.
