New WL and WLW Series Vertical Reciprocating Vacuum Pumps
This new generation vertical reciprocating vacuum pumps replace the old horizontal W-type reciprocating vacuum pumps. Compared with W-type pumps, they feature the following advantages:
Air valves are installed on the cylinder head and cylinder neck (the W-type arranges air valves on the cylinder body). This structure expands the cylinder cooling water area, lowers power consumption with energy savings of 10~15%, and reduces floor space by half.
It overcomes the defect of uneven wear caused by the horizontal pump piston sagging under its own weight, effectively cutting abrasion of moving parts such as pistons and connecting rods.
The WL series vertical reciprocating pumps are oil-lubricated models, while the WLW series vertical reciprocating pumps are oil-free models.
