Smart Differential Pressure Transmitter for Flow, Level and Process Monitoring
WIKSTONE smart differential pressure transmitter is used to measure the pressure difference between two points in a process system. It is suitable for liquid, gas, steam, and industrial process media. The transmitter converts differential pressure into a stable 4-20mA or digital signal for flow measurement, tank level measurement, filter monitoring, and process control.
It is widely used together with orifice plates, Venturi tubes, Pitot tubes, impulse lines, capillary remote seals, and flange-mounted level measurement systems.

Differential Pressure Measurement Solutions
WIKSTONE provides complete differential pressure measurement solutions according to different process conditions. For clean liquid or gas applications, a standard DP transmitter with impulse lines can be used. For corrosive, viscous, high-temperature, crystallizing, or sanitary media, a remote seal differential pressure transmitter is recommended.
For tank level measurement, the transmitter can be configured with flange diaphragm seals, capillary tubes, special filling fluid, and suitable diaphragm materials. For flow measurement, it can be matched with orifice plates, Venturi tubes, nozzles, and other primary flow elements.
