The HN-1851 Series Pressure Transmitter provides precise monitoring for complex process conditions, supporting dynamic and static pressure measurement. Designed for direct installation into pipelines or vessels via standard threaded connections (e.g., ¼″ NPT, ½″ NPT, G½″, M20*1.5). This design minimizes installation complexity and enhances measurement stability.
Unlike traditional diffused silicon pressure transmitters, this monocrystalline silicon pressure transmitter uses a resonant monocrystalline silicon sensor that directly measures pressure through frequency changes of the silicon resonator — eliminating hysteresis, creep, and temperature drift issues common in piezoresistive sensors. The result is ultra-high accuracy up to ±0.075% FS, ±0.1% FS/3-year long-term stability, and almost zero temperature coefficient. The fully isolated 316L/Hastelloy/Tantalum diaphragm and all-welded stainless steel housing guarantee perfect performance even in the most corrosive and hygienic processes. IP68 protection and multiple explosion-proof options make it safe for Zone 0 hazardous areas.
The pressure transmitter is available in analog and digital versions, including 4–20mA pressure transmitter and digital pressure transmitter for process control, making it fully compatible with PLCs, DCS systems, and remote monitoring solutions.
