Optimized internal flow channel structure, residual beer inside pipeline & membrane can be fully recovered, beer loss rate controlled below 0.8%, greatly lifting finished product output rate.
Working Principle
TC307-1X adopts pressure-driven cross-flow membrane separation technology. Unfiltered beer circulates rapidly inside membrane tubes under pump pressure: small molecules (water, alcohol, flavor substances) penetrate the membrane as clear finished beer; macromolecular impurities (yeast, protein, bacteria) are trapped in the circulating retentate loop.
Circulation flow scours membrane surface continuously to avoid particle accumulation blocking. After filtration, the system supports automatic CIP alkali/acid cleaning and hot water disinfection to regenerate membrane flux, realizing long-cycle stable production.
