Analysis and Explanation of Main Process Principles
(1) Feeding
Mix livestock and poultry manure with fermentation bacteria evenly in a certain proportion. Load the mixture into the supporting lifting hopper of the equipment by a loader, then feed the materials into the tank of the fermentation equipment via the automatic lifting device.
(2) High-temperature Aerobic Fermentation
After the fermentation process starts, aerobic microorganisms multiply rapidly with oxygen supplied by the air blower, and the temperature of the material pile rises quickly, entering the high-temperature stage within 2 to 3 days. The internal uniform turning device stirs and mixes the materials to achieve more even blending inside the entire fermentation tank and improve fermentation efficiency.The primary fermentation lasts 7 to 10 days. During this period, organic matter is decomposed, moisture content is reduced, and pathogenic bacteria and weed seeds are eliminated, completing harmless and stabilized treatment of materials.
The equipment is equipped with a deodorization unit to centrally collect a small amount of odor generated during fermentation. Waste gas is treated through water washing and biological deodorization to meet discharge standards, preventing secondary pollution and protecting the surrounding environment of the plant.
To guarantee continuous production under low-temperature conditions, the system is fitted with a ventilation auxiliary heating system as an auxiliary heat source, which quickly brings materials up to fermentation requirements and further shortens the fermentation cycle.
(3) Utilization of Finished Products
Livestock and poultry manure turns into powder after aerobic fermentation and meets the stabilization treatment standards. The finished material can be used as raw material for deep processing into commercial organic fertilizer.
