The sludge is dewatered to about80% by the original belt filter press, and then conveyed through the transfer silo and belt conveyor into the wet sludge inlet of the integrated sludge drying and dehumidification machine. The sludge is cut into strips by the mixer and cutter built in the equipment, and falls onto the slowly moving mesh belt by gravity. The hot dry air rises rapidly from the bottom of the mesh belt and dries the sludge during the contact process. The wet air enters the heat pump dehumidification system. By cooling, the temperature of the wet air is lower than the dew point, and the water vapor is condensed and discharged from the system to the sewage pipeline in the factory area. The "dewatered" air is heated by the condenser to become hot dry air and sent to the mesh belt drying system to continue drying the sludge. The air is recycled throughout the process, so there is no exhaust gas generated. This system can reduce the moisture content of the sludge to10% or less. The dried sludge is conveyed out of the drying system by a fully enclosed screw conveyor, and then transferred by vehicle for subsequent utilization.
