Core Positioning: A general-purpose air supply equipment featuring low speed, low noise, stable air volume and easy maintenance. It is mainly applied to medium and low air volume & medium and low pressure air supply scenarios. 2. Working Principle
The rotary fan adopts the eccentric rotor rotary positive-displacement compression principle. The cylinder is equipped with an offset rotor with slidable vanes installed in the rotor grooves. During operation, the motor drives the rotor to run eccentrically. The telescopic movement of vanes dynamically changes the internal cavity volume of the cylinder, completing the whole process of air intake, closed compression and stable pressure air discharge in sequence.
The equipment realizes automatic drip lubrication by operating pressure difference. Lubricating oil is accurately delivered to the friction parts inside the cylinder, which reduces mechanical friction loss and operating noise, and forms a closed oil film to prevent internal gas backflow. It ensures stable and consistent air volume output with smooth compression operation and no pulse fluctuation.
3. Core Technical Parameters
The full range of standardized models cover diverse working conditions with high universality. The core parameters are as follows:
Air Volume Range: 0.15-100m³/min. Small-sized models cover 0.15-10.2m³/min, meeting micro, small and medium air supply requirements.
Pressure Range: 9.8kPa-49kPa (0.1-0.5kgf/cm²), suitable for medium and low pressure air supply and aeration oxygenation working conditions.
Power Coverage: 0.75kW-30kW. Complete power gradient of models achieves precise energy consumption matching for various working conditions.
Operating Speed: Low-speed design avoids high noise and severe wear caused by high-speed operation.
Operation Mode: Support 24-hour uninterrupted continuous operation, adapting to regular industrial working scenarios.
Noise Reduction Configuration: Equipped with standard silencer and shock absorption base, featuring low operating noise and slight vibration of the complete machine.

Low-noise Special Model: Optimized cavity structure and noise reduction system with upgraded shock absorption accessories, which greatly reduces noise value. It is suitable for scenarios with high silence requirements such as hospitals, laboratories and residential areas.
Anti-corrosion Industrial Special Model: Designed for working conditions with industrial wastewater and corrosive gas. Adopting stainless steel material and special anti-corrosion coating, it resists acid, alkali and moisture, with a service life more than 40% longer than ordinary models.
Explosion-proof Rotary Fan: The complete machine is upgraded for explosion protection. The motor, circuit and sealing structure meet explosion-proof standards, applicable to special hazardous working conditions such as chemical industry and flammable & explosive workshops.
