2. Working Principle

The rotary fan adopts the eccentric rotor rotary positive-displacement compression principle. The cylinder is equipped with an offset rotor with slidable vanes installed in the rotor grooves. During operation, the motor drives the rotor to run eccentrically. The telescopic movement of vanes dynamically changes the internal cavity volume of the cylinder, completing the whole process of air intake, closed compression and stable pressure air discharge in sequence.

The equipment realizes automatic drip lubrication by operating pressure difference. Lubricating oil is accurately delivered to the friction parts inside the cylinder, which reduces mechanical friction loss and operating noise, and forms a closed oil film to prevent internal gas backflow. It ensures stable and consistent air volume output with smooth compression operation and no pulse fluctuation.
