1. Product Overview
The Integrated MBR Sewage Treatment System is a high-efficiency, modular, and fully automated wastewater treatment equipment independently developed for daily domestic sewage treatment. Adopting the advanced Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) technology that combines biological treatment and membrane separation technology, this system effectively solves the problems of low purification efficiency, large floor area, and unstable effluent quality of traditional sewage treatment equipment.
Designed for decentralized domestic sewage scenarios, the equipment integrates grit removal, anaerobic hydrolysis, aerobic biochemical reaction, membrane filtration, sludge reflux, and automatic disinfection into a compact integrated structure. It realizes centralized and standardized treatment of daily domestic sewage such as domestic washing water, kitchen wastewater, toilet sewage, and bathing sewage. With stable and up-to-standard effluent, simple operation and low operating cost, it is an ideal environmental protection equipment for decentralized sewage treatment.
2. Working Principle
The system takes aerobic and anaerobic microbial degradation as the core, supplemented by MBR ultrafiltration membrane separation technology to realize thorough purification of domestic sewage. The whole treatment process is divided into four core stages:
First, Pre-treatment Stage: Daily domestic sewage firstly enters the regulating tank to balance water quality and water quantity, and removes large particles, suspended solids, hair and impurities through the grid and sedimentation process, avoiding blockage of subsequent membrane components and biological tanks.
Second, Anaerobic Hydrolysis Stage: The sewage enters the anaerobic tank, where anaerobic microorganisms decompose macromolecular organic matter, insoluble organic matter and nitrogen and phosphorus pollutants in the sewage into small molecular soluble substances, effectively reducing subsequent aerobic treatment load and improving biodegradability of sewage.
Third, Aerobic Biochemical & MBR Membrane Filtration Stage: In the aerobic tank, aerobic bacteria fully degrade organic pollutants, ammonia nitrogen and other harmful substances in the sewage under oxygen supply. The built-in MBR hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane replaces the traditional secondary sedimentation tank, which can efficiently intercept activated sludge, suspended solids, colloid and bacteria in the water, realizing solid-liquid separation with high precision.
Fourth, Disinfection & Discharge Stage: The filtered clean water is disinfected by ultraviolet or chlorine dioxide to kill escherichia coli and pathogenic bacteria, and finally reaches the standard for discharge or reuse.

Compared with traditional A/O and A2/O processes, MBR membrane technology has ultra-high interception accuracy, which can completely intercept sludge and fine suspended matter. The effluent is clear and transparent, with stable indexes of COD, BOD, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus and suspended solids fully meeting national and local domestic sewage discharge and reuse standards. It can adapt to the fluctuation of water quality and quantity of daily domestic sewage without water quality deterioration.
3.2 Integrated Modular Design, Small Floor Area
The whole equipment adopts an integrated box-type structure, integrating all treatment units into one body, eliminating the need for multiple independent tank structures of traditional processes. It covers an area of only 1/3 of the traditional sewage treatment equipment with the same treatment capacity, and can be buried or placed on the ground, saving construction and land investment costs, and is convenient for site layout.
3.3 Fully Automatic Operation, Low Manual Cost
Equipped with an intelligent PLC automatic control system, the equipment realizes automatic water inflow, aeration, membrane cleaning, sludge reflux and water discharge. It has overload protection, fault alarm and automatic shutdown functions. It can operate continuously for 24 hours with unattended operation, effectively reducing daily operation and maintenance labor costs. The operation logic is simple and the debugging cycle is short.
3.4 Low Operation Cost & Long Service Life
The system adopts high-efficiency low-energy aeration device and energy-saving membrane operation mode, with low power consumption per ton of water. The MBR membrane components adopt high-strength PVDF material, which has strong pollution resistance, corrosion resistance and anti-oxidation performance, with a service life of 3-5 years. The equipment has low sludge yield, reducing the frequency and cost of sludge cleaning and transportation.
3.5 Strong Adaptability & Wide Application
It can stably treat conventional daily domestic sewage, and has strong tolerance to the fluctuation of sewage concentration and water volume. The modular design supports customized treatment capacity, which can meet the sewage treatment needs of different scale scenarios.
