This is a popular integrated MBR sewage treatment equipment for municipal and industrial wastewater treatment. It combines advanced MBR membrane separation technology with biological treatment, replacing traditional secondary sedimentation tanks for efficient sewage purification. The fullSUS304 stainless steel body features corrosion resistance, long service life, compact structure and fully automatic operation. It effectively solves the defects of traditional equipment such as large footprint, unstable effluent and high maintenance cost, delivering high-cost-performance sewage treatment solutions.

3. Structural & Material Advantages

3.1 304 Stainless Steel Body

Different from carbon steel and FRP equipment, this integrally stamped and welded 304 stainless steel body offers superior corrosion resistance for domestic sewage, industrial wastewater and harsh outdoor environments. It avoids rust, deformation and leakage, with a smooth surface for easy cleaning, long service life and low maintenance costs.

3.2 Integrated Compact Design

It integrates anaerobic, anoxic, aerobic, MBR reaction, disinfection and automatic control systems. The modular design reduces footprint by 2/3 compared with traditional processes. Standardized internal piping ensures easy installation, debugging and daily maintenance.

4. Process Principle & Operating Characteristics

Adopts mature A²/O+MBR process. Sewage undergoes hydrolysis, denitrification and dephosphorization in anaerobic and anoxic tanks, organic degradation in aerobic tanks, and precise solid-liquid separation via PVDF MBR membranes. It fully intercepts suspended solids, colloids and bacteria to produce clean effluent for discharge or reuse.

The equipment features low sludge yield, strong water quality adaptability, low energy consumption and low operating cost. Equipped with PLC intelligent control system, it realizes automatic water intake, aeration, membrane cleaning and drainage, supporting unattended and remote monitoring.

5. Effluent Quality Standard

Treated effluent stably meets and exceeds China Grade 1A discharge standard. The clean water can be directly discharged or reused for greening, road washing and equipment flushing, realizing water resource recycling.
