The LC150 multi-functional crawler drill is a versatile rig that combines photovoltaic piling, foundation piling, blasting, and down-the-hole drilling. It utilizes a new type of single-rib high-strength crawler chain plate and an excavator travel motor, offering advantages such as strong climbing ability, durability, and long service life. Equipped with a Yuchai 75KW turbocharged diesel engine and utilizing new hydraulic technology, it boasts low air consumption. The rotary transmission gearbox features a dual-motor, high-torque gearbox, ensuring easy movement and compact structure. Additionally, the propulsion carriage is equipped with a telescopic compensation function, supporting the ground during drilling and providing excellent drilling stability. The rig can perform photovoltaic piling with diameters ranging from 150mm to 400mm and blasting holes with diameters from 60mm to 150mm. Its rotary system employs a high-torque output motor, making the rig maneuverable, with strong climbing ability, suitable for working in rugged terrain, easy to relocate and drill, high drilling efficiency, simple maintenance, and high reliability. It is an ideal multi-purpose rig for photovoltaic piling, mining, highway, water conservancy, power station, and other construction facilities.
