I. Introduction to QKZ-70D Pneumatic-Electric Down-the-Hole Drill The QKZ-70D pneumatic-electric down-the-hole drill is a novel rock drilling equipment specifically designed for water conservancy projects and construction sites involving building materials. It is suitable for drilling various rock formations in projects such as open-pit mines, water conservancy, and building slope treatment.
The QKZ-70D pneumatic-electric down-the-hole drill is a rotary-percussion drill. Its internal structure differs from that of typical rock drills. Its air distribution and piston reciprocating mechanism are independent, forming the percussion device. The front end is directly connected to the drill bit, while the rear end is connected to the drill rod. During rock drilling, the percussion device enters the hole and, through the air distribution device (valve), causes the piston (hammer) inside the percussion device to reciprocate, striking the shank, thereby generating a rotational force on the rock at the bottom of the hole with the drill bit.
II. Features of QKZ-70D pneumatic-electric down-the-hole drill: Small size, light weight, suitable for places where large and medium-sized drills cannot operate, convenient and flexible.
