The drilling rig adopts an automatic telescopic drill tower, supported by two hydraulic cylinders, and a set of hydraulic valves controls the tilt of the drill tower. The operation is time-saving, labor-saving, safe, and feasible, maximizing the benefits for users.
2. The chassis adopts rubber tracks, which are lightweight, have a low life cycle cost, can reduce the noise of the vehicle's running gear, minimize vibration of the vehicle body, significantly reduce fuel consumption, and can travel on urban roads without damaging the road surface.
3. The chassis comes with four threaded legs (or hydraulic high legs) for quick and easy installation and adjustment. They can be used for leveling the working plane, reducing lifting costs and improving efficiency during loading and unloading, and serving as auxiliary support during operation.
4. The adoption of a 24V electric starter for the diesel engine significantly reduces the labor intensity for operators. In cold seasons, when starting the diesel engine proves difficult, the advantages of this drill rig become evident.
5. This machine is equipped with the BW-160 mud pump, which features high flow rate and pressure, easy maintenance, and convenient access to spare parts.
