Introduction to QY-600 Crawler-type Full Hydraulic Core Drilling Rig The QY series crawler-type full hydraulic core drilling rig adopts a rope coring drilling rig with a full hydraulic power head drilling method. The rock core drilled by the drilling tool is lifted out through the inner hole of the drill rod by a winch, thus completing the geological drilling and coring work. It is mainly suitable for drilling solid mineral deposits, but can also be used for engineering geology, shallow oil, natural gas, and groundwater drilling, as well as for engineering drilling such as tunnel ventilation, drainage, and dam grouting.
II. Features of QY-600 tracked full hydraulic core drill 1. Equipped with a wireless remote control, allowing remote operation of the drill's travel to prevent sudden dangers.
2. The drilling rig is fully hydraulic-driven, with a hydraulic system employing load-sensing control, resulting in high work efficiency and substantial torque.
3. The rotary motion of the power head is driven by an axial piston pump and a helical piston motor, featuring mechanical two-speed and stepless speed regulation, and an advanced structure.
4. The oil cylinder chain speed-doubling feeding mechanism is adopted, ensuring smooth and reliable movement, and it is equipped with a power head lateral translation mechanism.
5. The hydraulic gripper is used to grip the drill rod and assist in the disassembly of the drill rod.
6. The winch driven by a hydraulic motor can flexibly lift drilling tools or auxiliary equipment.
7. The drilling tower adopts a ground-contacting base for ground-contacting fixation, ensuring more stable drilling.
8. By adopting both air cooling and water cooling, the method is more diversified, ensuring long-term operation of the machine.
