Product Description

Ningguo Huafeng Wear-Resistant Material Co., Ltd. supplies extra high chrome cast iron grinding balls with chromium content of 20%-30% and hardness up to 62-65 HRC. Through advanced dual-medium quenching (oil/air selectable) and tempering heat treatment, these balls achieve a Martensite + high volume fraction M7C3 Carbide (40%-50%) microstructure. Specifically designed for SAG mills, large ball mills, and extreme high-wear mining applications. Wear life is 2.5-3 times that of standard high chrome balls – significantly reducing grinding cost per ton of ore.
