Working principle
The air is filtered and heated and enters the air distributor at the top of the dryer. The hot air enters the drying chamber in a spiral shape evenly. The liquid material passes through the high-speed centrifugal atomizer at the top of the tower and is (rotated) sprayed into extremely fine mist-like liquid droplets, which can be dried into finished products in a very short time when contacted with hot air in parallel flow. The finished product is continuously output from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone separator, and the waste gas is exhausted by the fan.
Performance features:
1. Fast drying speed and instant drying characteristics (95%~98% of water can be evaporated instantly). The material completes the drying process in a short time, is suitable for drying heat-sensitive materials, and can maintain the color, aroma and taste of the material;
2. The production process is simplified, the operation and control are simple, and it is suitable for continuous production control. Liquids with a moisture content of 40-90% can be dried into powder at one time, reducing crushing, screening and other processes, and improving product purity;
3. The product has good dispersion, fluidity and solubility. The product particle size, looseness and moisture can be adjusted within a certain range by changing the operating conditions, and the control and management are very convenient.
