This accelerates heating and cooling cycles, lowers the temperature of the furnace's outer wall, and reduces heat loss.
7. **Adjustable Calcination Atmosphere:** The calcination atmosphere can be precisely controlled by adjusting the airflow volume to create either an oxidizing or reducing environment; various gases can also be introduced to achieve specific calcination objectives.
8. **Adjustable Material Fill Rate:** The material fill rate within the cylinder is adjustable, typically ranging between 8% and 25%.
9. **Clean Combustion:** Achieves environmental emission standards through clean combustion. Compatible with various fuel sources, including natural gas, LPG, coke oven gas, producer gas, and light diesel oil.
10. **Fully Automated Control:** Ensures continuous and stable production while effectively protecting the rotating cylinder. An alarm is triggered when the cylinder temperature reaches its upper limit; upon reaching this limit, the entire combustion system is automatically shut down. To prevent localized overheating, the heating system can only be ignited when the cylinder is rotating. If the cylinder rotation ceases, all heating systems are automatically deactivated. The unit is equipped with an emergency generator and a manual cranking mechanism to ensure continued cylinder rotation—thereby protecting the cylinder—in the event of a sudden power outage.
