Product Introduction:

The Rotary Flash Dryer is a novel drying device developed based on the assimilation and absorption of advanced foreign equipment and technology. It is designed specifically for drying paste-like, filter-cake-like, and heat-sensitive materials. This flash dryer integrates drying, pulverizing, and screening functions into a single continuous process, making it particularly well-suited for the drying of filter cakes, pastes, and dilute slurries.

Working Principle:

Hot air enters the bottom of the dryer tangentially, generating a powerful swirling airflow driven by an agitator. The paste-like material is fed into the dryer via a screw feeder; under the intense action of high-speed rotating mixing blades, the material is dispersed through the combined effects of impact, friction, and shear forces. Lumpy materials are rapidly pulverized, ensuring thorough contact with the hot air for efficient heating and drying. The dewatered, dried material rises along with the hot airflow; a classification ring retains larger particles, while smaller particles exit the dryer through the center of the ring to be collected by a cyclone separator and a dust collector. Any incompletely dried or oversized materials are thrown outward toward the chamber wall by centrifugal force, whereupon they fall back to the bottom to undergo further pulverization and drying.
