BECKHOFF EL2872 EtherCAT Digital Output Terminal
The EL2872 is a compact EtherCAT digital output terminal featuring 16 output channels for 24V DC control signals. The module transfers binary control signals from the automation controller to field devices with reliable switching performance and high-speed EtherCAT communication. Its slim housing design allows high channel density while reducing cabinet space requirements.
Each channel supports up to 0.5A output current and includes LED indicators for quick signal monitoring and diagnostics. The EL2872 is widely used in industrial automation, machine manufacturing, process control systems, and production line applications.
