FRP septic tanks combine the functions of a septic tank and sewage treatment. They are lightweight and highly efficient treatment devices used for domestic sewage in urban residential communities, large office buildings, etc. FRP septic tanks consist of two major parts: (1) Sedimentation area: Its main function is to sediment the domestic sewage from the blind well to remove settleable and coarse substances in the wastewater. At the same time, the wastewater undergoes the septic process here. With the help of a large number of microorganisms in the feces contained in the wastewater, microbial inoculation and acclimation culture are carried out under anaerobic conditions. (2) Treatment area: Its function is to treat the wastewater in this area and convert the COD in the wastewater into inorganic substances. This area is the key component of this equipment, and the adopted process form is a hybrid scraping film system. After a certain period of cultivation, a large number of microorganisms attach and grow on the surface of the carrier to enrich the microorganisms that have been naturally acclimated and mutated and are adapted to grow on the surface of the carrier, thus achieving effective treatment of the wastewater under anaerobic or anoxic conditions.
The anti-leakage FRP septic tank is designed to provide a product with good environmental adaptability and stability, simple construction, environmental protection, no cracks, no shrinkage, resistance to compression, earthquake, acid, alkali, salt and various chemical sewage, protection of water resources, especially protection of groundwater resources from pollution, and it will never leak. It is a replacement product for the new rural construction and the original brick and cement septic tanks. It is a three-compartment, eco-friendly and household anti-leakage FRP septic tank. It uses special acid, alkali and salt resistant resin and special platinum series fiberglass cloth, special application additives and a variety of chemical materials. The tank body of the septic tank is integrally cast in a steel mold, and then the steel mold is removed to build the anti-leakage FRP septic tank. There are three interconnected small pools in the tank, namely: the feces inlet pool, the sedimentation pool and the sewage outlet pool after septic treatment, as well as the feces inlet pipe and the sewage outlet pipe after septic treatment. All the sewage after septic treatment in the septic tank is discharged to the sewage treatment plant (or farmland) through the sewage treatment pipeline. It is easy to install. According to the size of the septic tank, dig a pit, put the septic tank into the pit, connect the inlet and outlet pipes to each other. After construction, backfill and compact with soil, and cover with a precast reinforced concrete cover, then it can be used.
