By covering the tank body with the hood and sealing it, the overflow of waste gas is prevented. This set of deodorization device is used in conjunction with pipes, fans, purification towers, etc., achieving the purposes of improving air quality and protecting the environment.
A FRP gas collection hood is added above the sewage tank. At this time, the waste gas generated in the sewage tank is isolated from the air. An air outlet is added on the surface of the gas collection hood, and a ventilation pipe is installed. The waste gas enters the waste gas purification tower through the ventilation pipe. To increase the collection of waste gas, a FRP fan is installed in front of the purification tower. The fan sucks the waste gas into the purification tower. The waste gas is sprayed twice in the tower. If the waste gas is acidic, an alkaline solution is used for cyclic absorption. If the waste gas is alkaline, an acidic solution is used for cyclic spraying. The specific dimensions and specifications of the products can be specified by the customer, or the company can provide a design plan after the customer puts forward the usage requirements.
Made entirely of FRP, it has excellent characteristics such as corrosion resistance, flame retardancy, firmness, anti-slip, light weight, easy installation, maintenance-free, and insulation.
1. Strong anti-corrosion ability: This product is made of a resin with acid and alkali resistance and corrosion resistance as the base material. It uses an excellent curing formula and advanced curing process. According to the conditions and shapes of each sewage tank, a specific mold is determined as the outer mold for curing and forming.

4. Aesthetically pleasing and aging-resistant: The exterior of this product uses anti-aging, weather-resistant, and anti-ultraviolet gel coat resin. The surface is smooth, beautiful, with bright colors, and the service life can reach over twenty years.
5. Low operation and maintenance costs, convenient for maintenance: Since this product has high corrosion resistance and aging resistance, there is no need for regular maintenance like metal products, so the costs are significantly reduced. An observation window is reserved on the gas collection hood, and an access door is reserved at the end, which is convenient for workers to carry out maintenance without affecting the normal operation of the equipment.
6. Strong design flexibility: According to the specific situation of the on-site tank, the size of the product can be flexibly designed, and the shape can be made into arc covers, round covers, flat covers, etc.
