1. Wear-resistant layer: This part belongs to the outermost structure of the winding layer, consisting of glass fiber surface mat, resin, and wear-resistant silicon carbide. Its main function is corrosion resistance and wear resistance. The ratio of glass fiber surface mat: resin: silicon carbide is 1:57:38 (by mass), and the thickness is about 5mm.
2. Corrosion-resistant layer: This part is composed of a resin-rich layer and an intermediate layer, consisting of glass fiber surface mat and resin, forming corrosion resistance, and is located below the wear-resistant layer. The resin content of the resin-rich layer is greater than 90%, and the thickness is about 5mm; the resin content of the intermediate layer is 70% - 80%, and the thickness is about 3 - 4mm.
3. Reinforcement layer: This part is directly wound on the outer wall of the pipe. It is mainly designed to bear pressure and loads under other conditions, and its thickness is determined by calculation according to the load conditions according to formula (1). The resin content of this layer is 30% - 40%, consisting of glass fiber, chopped fiber mat, and resin. It mainly meets the design requirements for stiffness and strength.
2. Inspection of the winding layer of the FRP spray pipe
After the winding and bonding construction is completed, the winding layer shall be inspected in accordance with the requirements in HG/T20696-1999 "Design Regulations for FRP Chemical Equipment". It is qualified if there are no defects such as delamination, tightness, fine lines, cracks, exposed fibers, dry spots, inclusions, bubbles, small holes, and resin nodules.
