Double-layer Lining Renovation of Old Buried Oil Tanks at Gas Stations
Reconstruction of buried double-layer oil tanks in gas stations by lining method The overall reconstruction operation of the lining method for gas station oil tanks includes the inspection, cleaning, rust removal, and measurement of the original single-layer steel tanks, the construction, testing, inspection, and acceptance of the lining coating, the installation and commissioning of the leak detection system, etc., as well as the provision of the required raw materials and supporting equipment.
Technical standards to be adopted: 1. International and domestic advanced technologies should be adopted. The technology should comply with the national standard GB/T30040.7-2013 "Double-layer tank leakage detection system - Part 7: General requirements and test methods for double-layer gap anti-leakage linings and anti-leakage jackets", the latest version of "Code for design and construction of automobile refueling and gas filling stations" GB50156. It is widely used worldwide and has excellent performance and reputation. 2. The part of performance indicators and testing of glass fiber reinforced plastic in "Steel - glass fiber reinforced plastic double-layer buried storage tanks" (JC/T2286-2014). 3. The part of performance indicators and testing of glass fiber reinforced plastic in "Engineering technical specification for buried glass fiber reinforced plastic double-layer oil tanks for gas stations" (SHT 3177-2015). 4. The national standard GB30040 "Double-layer tank leakage detection system" formulated by China in 2014 in the "Technical guide for groundwater pollution prevention and control in gas stations (for trial implementation)". The lining technology for transforming single-layer buried steel oil tanks into double-layer buried oil tanks on-site has the advantages of reducing the shutdown time of gas stations and lowering the construction cost, and can be a strong guarantee for the upgrading of oil products.
