Installation, Maintenance and Upkeep of Fiberglass Waste Gas Scrubber
1. Users should carry out the concrete foundation construction according to the foundation material drawing provided by our company. The installation surface of the foundation should be guaranteed to be on the same horizontal plane. The feet of the fiberglass absorption tower should be fixed on the foundation steel plate with anchor bolts or lap joints.
2. When installing the fan, be careful to prevent sundries from falling into the fan. After the installation of the fiberglass absorption tower is completed, the dirt inside the tower must be removed before the test run.
3. If the fan is installed indoors, the motor of the fan must be protected from rain.
4. The fiberglass absorption tower of the waste gas scrubber must be managed by a dedicated person. Regularly check whether the fan is operating normally, whether the liquid level is normal, whether the float switch in the liquid level tank is normal, whether the solution concentration is within the specified range, etc. If any problems are found, they should be dealt with in a timely manner.
5. To ensure the liquid level in the liquid storage tank and prevent the liquid level from rising and falling when the fan is switched on and off, the float water supply valve must be opened after the fan is started, and the float water supply valve must be closed before the fan is shut down.
6. The metal support of the fiberglass absorption tower should be anti-corrosive treated at least twice a year.
