Desulfurization tower spray layer, FRP spray layer. The structure of the spray pipe winding layer is divided into three parts from the outside to the inside.

1. Wear-resistant layer: This part belongs to the outer structure of the winding layer and is composed of glass fiber surface mat, resin, and wear-resistant silicon carbide. Its main functions are corrosion resistance and wear resistance. The ratio of glass fiber surface mat: resin: silicon carbide in this layer is 1:57:38 (by mass), and the thickness is about 5mm.

2. Corrosion-resistant layer: This part is composed of a resin-rich layer and an intermediate layer, which are made of glass fiber surface mat and resin to form corrosion resistance and are located below the wear-resistant layer. The resin content of the resin-rich layer is greater than 90%, and the thickness is about 5mm; the resin content of the intermediate layer is 70% - 80%, and the thickness is about 3 - 4mm.

3. Reinforcement layer: This part is directly wound on the outer wall of the pipe. It is mainly designed to bear pressure and loads under other conditions. Its thickness is determined by calculation according to formula (1) based on the load conditions. The resin content of this layer is 30% - 40%, and it is composed of glass fiber, chopped fiber mat, and resin. It mainly meets the design requirements for stiffness and strength.
