Potassium nitrate (KNO₃), commonly known as fire saltpeter or earth saltpeter, is a key industrial and agricultural raw material. And with its strong oxidation, high potassium content and good solubility, it plays an important role in many fields.

Food industry - color protectant and preservative for cured meat, ham and other meat products, maintaining bright red color and inhibiting microorganisms. Agriculture: Highly effective water-soluble fertilizer
Potassium nitrate is the most widely used in agriculture, with about 70% of the world's potassium nitrate used as fertilizer, and nearly 50% in China. It is a chlorine-free nitrogen and potassium binary compound fertilizer, with a total nutrient content of about 60%.
