III. Structure and Key Features
Fully split design: The inner ring, outer ring, roller, and cage are all split in half, allowing direct assembly on the shaft without the need to disassemble the shaft or coupling, significantly reducing maintenance downtime.
Enhanced Load-bearing (E): Based on the 01 series, it features an enhanced design with outstanding radial heavy-load capacity, suitable for impact and continuous heavy-load scenarios.
Two types of functions
EX (floating end): The outer ring has no ribs, allowing the shaft to move axially without friction, compensating for thermal expansion, and only bearing radial forces.
GR (fixed end): The outer ring features double ribs, allowing for bidirectional axial positioning while simultaneously withstanding radial and bidirectional axial forces.
Misalignment compensation: Compatible with SKF Cooper split bearing housings, it can compensate for a small amount of static misalignment, reducing the installation accuracy requirements.

VI. Key points of installation and lubrication
Installation: Clean the shaft and bearing seat, assemble them in half and tighten evenly to avoid unilateral stress; it must be used with a matched split bearing seat.
Lubrication: Grease lubrication (2# extreme pressure lithium base grease is recommended) or oil lubrication. Regularly replenish grease/change oil to prevent dry friction and overheating.
