01EB110M is a Cooper 01E series medium-load, split cylindrical roller bearing with an inner diameter of 110 mm. It is designed for quick change without dismantling the shaft and is durable under heavy loads. It is available in two types: floating end (EX) and fixed end (MGR).

II. Core Structure and Characteristics
Fully split design: The inner ring, outer ring, roller, and cage are all split in half, eliminating the need to disassemble the shaft or move equipment. Assembly and replacement can be directly carried out on the shaft, reducing maintenance time from "several days" for traditional bearings to "several hours".
Enhancements to the 01E series: Compared to the older 01 series, the radial load capacity has increased by 30% and the axial load capacity by 20%. With the same size, it offers a longer lifespan and a higher safety margin.
Self-aligning adaptability: It can compensate for the static misalignment between the shaft and the seat hole, and is suitable for working conditions with long shafts and large deflections.
High temperature durability: The working temperature can reach 180℃, suitable for high temperature environments such as metallurgy, cement, and thermal power.

VI. Key Points for Installation and Maintenance
Equipped with SKF Cooper split bearing housings, it ensures centering and rigidity.
The floating end (EX) is used to absorb thermal expansion and contraction of the shaft; the fixed end (MGR) is used for axial positioning, with one shaft equipped with one fixed end and one floating end.
Lubrication: Use extreme pressure lithium-based grease for heavy-load and low-speed applications, and synthetic high-temperature grease for high-temperature conditions. Regularly replenish the grease to extend its lifespan.
