1.Auto Coil Handling
Loads and unrolls metal coils (steel, aluminum, etc.) automatically. Prevents slipping or scratching to keep materials safe.
2.Smoothing & Straightening
Uses special rollers to flatten coils, removing bends or warps. Makes sheets smooth for later processing.
3.High-Speed Cutting
Cuts sheets while they're moving (no need to stop) with a fast, synchronized shear. Edges are clean, and sheet lengths are accurate (±1.0mm,based on 2m)(±2.0mmbased on 12m).
4.Easy Control
Operated by a simple system: set sheet length and quantity digitally. Save multiple settings for quick changes between jobs.
5.Auto Stacking
Conveys cut sheets to a stacking unit, which arranges them neatly automatically. Saves manual work and makes storage easier.
6.Safe Operation
Has emergency stops, protective covers, and overload protection. Shuts down automatically if there's a problem to keep people and equipment safe.
7.Works with Many Materials
Processes different metals (cold/hot-rolled steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, aluminum) with thicknesses 0.3mm-25mm and widths up to 2800mm. Used in car, home appliance, and machinery industries.
