Yes. We've tested it. Two regular workers who've never assembled shelving before, following a simple manual—20 minutes to get one standard 4-tier unit standing. The only tool needed? A rubber hammer.
Why no other tools? Snap-in connection. Beams have clips on both ends. Line them up with the holes on the upright posts, tap with a rubber hammer, and they lock in with a click. No drill, no wrench, no screwdriver. Keep a few rubber hammers in the warehouse and you're set.
Where Does It Work?
Warehouses and Logistics Centers
Warehouses need a lot of shelving, and installation time directly affects how fast you can get operational. Traditional bolted shelving means tightening bolts one by one—one 4-tier unit takes 30 minutes at best, an hour if you're slow.
This shelving? Two people, one unit, 20 minutes. Install 30 units in a day if you need to. A whole shelving system up in a few days. No delays getting the warehouse running.
Warehouse layouts also change. When you need to move shelves around, snap-in shelving can be taken apart and reassembled. Change beam positions for different heights, no need to throw anything out and buy new.

Q: Really no tools at all?
A: Only a rubber hammer. No drill, no problem. No wrench, no problem. No screwdriver, no problem. Tap beams into upright holes, tap to lock. That's it.
Q: Does it really take 20 minutes?
A: Two experienced workers, one standard 4-tier unit (2000×2000×600mm)—15 to 20 minutes. First-timers following the manual? 30 minutes, tops.
Q: Won't it be unstable without bolts?
A: No. The clip connection relies on hole alignment. Once the beams lock in, they're more stable than bolted connections. We have customers still using units where the clips haven't loosened in over a decade.
Q: Can I adjust shelf heights?
A: Yes. Upright posts have holes every 50mm. Beams slot into any position. Want to change height? Tap the beam out, move to a new hole, tap it back in.
Q: Can I connect multiple units?
A: Yes. Starter bay comes with 4 upright posts. Add-on bays only need 2 new posts. Place them back-to-back or side-by-side—connection options are flexible.
Q: Is the load capacity enough?
A: Standard is 200kg per shelf, tested. For heavy items, we have 300kg and 500kg heavy-duty options.
Container Loading
2000×2000×600mm units: 20GP fits ~80 units (4-tier) or 65 units (5-tier). 40GP fits ~170 units (4-tier) or 140 units (5-tier). 40HQ fits ~200 units (4-tier) or 165 units (5-tier). We'll calculate exact loading for your order.
