The crepe rubber production line is essential equipment for natural rubber primary processing. The complete production line includes eight core machines: bucket loading conveyor, rubber slab cutter, vibrating screen, belt conveyor, rubber paddle washer, single-screw rubber crushing and washing machine, bucket elevator, and creping machine. The whole line is used to process natural rubber raw materials through automatic crushing, washing, impurity removal, dewatering, and creping. It is widely used in rubber processing factories with stable operation, simple operation and low maintenance cost.
1. Bucket loading conveyor
It is used for material transportation in the production line to realize automatic feeding and improve working efficiency. All specifications can be customized according to customer requirements.
2. Slab cutter
This machine cuts large rubber blocks into small pieces, which is convenient for subsequent washing and dewatering processing.
3. Vibrating screen
The vibrating screen uses a stepless speed changer to drive the roller and move the conveyor belt. It can be installed with casters for mobile use. It is special equipment for washing and water separation in natural rubber and miscellaneous rubber production lines.
4. Conveyor
It is used for material conveying in the production line to improve automatic production. Various sizes and structures can be customized as required.
5. Rubber paddle machine
The rubber paddle washer cleans sand and impurities inside the rubber, and guides the rubber material into the hopper along the water flow for the next conveying process.
6. Single helix breaking crushing cleaning machine
The single-screw crushing and washing machine cuts rubber coagulum into small pieces to expose impurities fully for easy cleaning. The rubber materials are repeatedly crushed, mixed, washed and kneaded inside the machine to become loose, soft and clean.
7. Bucket elevator
The bucket elevator uses a variable-speed motor to drive the sprocket and chain. The lifting buckets circulate together to transport rubber materials from low place to high place. It is special conveying equipment for rubber processing.
8. Creper
The creping machine uses two opposite rotating rollers to press and flatten rubber material. It squeezes out water and impurities. Due to the speed difference between the two rollers, the rubber is finally made into honeycomb-shaped crepe rubber sheets.
