SL Series Rubber Shredder - Weida Machinery
Product Overview
The SL series rubber shredder is one of the main processing equipment for granulation in natural rubber standard rubber and crumb rubber production lines. It is specially designed to process crepe rubber (after dewatering by creper) into uniform rubber granules, which is convenient for subsequent drying.
The machine works by extruding and shearing the rubber sheet between the high-speed rotating breaking roller with diagonal pattern and the fixed blade block, forming qualified rubber particles.
Working Principle
The breaking roller rotates driven by the main motor through belts, while the feeding roller rotates at a low speed driven by the cycloidal gear reducing motor through chains. The rubber sheet is fed into the gap between the breaking roller and the fixed blade. The high-speed rotating breaking roller with diagonal pattern brings the rubber sheet in, extrudes and shears it with the fixed blade block, forming rubber particles that meet the requirements.
