Product Overview
The Five-in-One Sheeting Machine is a specialized piece of equipment designed for the processing of coagulated natural latex. It is a core machine in the production line for manufacturing Ribbed Smoked Sheets (RSS), commonly known as smoked rubber sheets.
This all-in-one machine replaces the traditional multi-step process by integrating five pairs of continuous rollers, completing dewatering, thinning, sheeting, and pattern forming in a single pass. It is ideal for small to medium-sized rubber plantations and processing factories aiming for high efficiency and consistent output.
Working Principle
Coagulated latex blocks are fed into the hopper and pass through five pairs of rollers in sequence. Each subsequent pair of rollers applies increasing pressure to squeeze out excess moisture and gradually reduce the thickness of the rubber. The surface of the rollers is precision-machined with grooves, which press a characteristic diamond pattern onto the rubber sheet. This pattern increases the surface area, accelerating drying and preventing the sheets from sticking together. The finished product is a uniformly thin, textured rubber sheet ready for the smoking process.
