The power is transmitted to the movable blades on the main shaft through the reducer with torque increased. The movable blades and the fixed blades break up the nature rubber, synthetic rubber and other rubber block into smaller pieces as it required for the preparation of the next process. A spray system is available in this machine. It breaks the rubber blocks and cleans the it at the same time.
The machine is used for washing,removing the impurities,dewatering and creping, which
not only could use several machine in a crepe sheet production line, but also could use the single
machine in the rubber collection station.

1、Roller lines are divided into stripes deep stripes and shallow stripes, which are suitable for
different needs.
2、There are two power options: motor and diesel engine. Diesel engines are more suitable for
use in areas where electricity is scarce.
3、Press Device Type Creper, which helps the rubber material enter to the machine easiler
without blocking rubber material between rollers and improve the process efficiency.( Note: The Press Device Type Creper is generally used to the first machine of crepe sheet production line.
