Working Principle:
The raw material is fed into the blade drum via the feeding device. The high-speed rotating blade drum, combined with fixed blades, effectively breaks down the raw material, separating the valuable fiber from the residue. The separated fiber is then efficiently carried onto the conveyor belt for the next stage of processing.

High Efficiency: Capable of processing up to 2 tons per hour (fresh leaf), allowing for large-scale production with optimal performance.
Wide Application: Ideal for a variety of fiber crops, including sisal, jute, banana stem, pineapple leaf, hemp, ramie, and more.
