PBL series flat plate direct-coupled centrifuge industrial vertical centrifuge factory
The PBL series is a centrifuge specifically designed and produced for sterile room production in accordance with the requirements of the national Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) for pharmaceuticals. It is equipped with a dedicated explosion-proof motor for centrifuges paired with a variable frequency speed regulator, enabling stepless speed regulation of the centrifuge. The braking unit and braking resistor provide electrical braking, with no vulnerable parts. It can complete a working cycle with dynamic or static feeding.
Performance and application
The machine features a compact structure, elegant appearance, and a fully enclosed design, which prevents cross-contamination of materials and enhances the working environment. Its flat structure facilitates easy cleaning. It is suitable for solid-liquid separation of suspensions and can be used for the separation of toxic, harmful, flammable, and explosive materials.
