The lifting bag centrifuge is an top discharge centrifuge that achieves solid-liquid separation through centrifugal force. Material is fed through the feed tube on the machine cover, where it undergoes high-speed rotation in the basket for solid-liquid separation. After washing and separation, the machine cover is opened, and the filter bag can be lifted out of the machine via a hoisting device to discharge the material at a designated location. This method offers higher efficiency than manual operation, avoids contamination of the material from manual excavation, reduces worker labor intensity, eliminates contact with scrapers, and provides better protection for the integrity of crystals.

The advantages of the disc centrifuge in the pharmaceutical industry stem from its working principle and structural design, making it one of the GMP-compliant equipment for many pharmaceutical companies.
1. Compliant with GMP standards, featuring dead-angle-free online cleaning. The machine body adopts a large flip cover and smooth transition structure, with polished surfaces. It is equipped with a washing tube and optionally includes an online cleaning (CIP) system, enabling thorough cleaning of internal hidden areas to eliminate cross-contamination risks.
2. Protect material purity. Fully enclosed remote discharge, from feeding to separation and then to discharge, the entire process is fully enclosed. The method of "hoisting the entire bag out and discharging remotely" completely avoids contamination and scattering of finished products by manual digging.
